The MiLK Collective is a world-renowned talent management agency specialising in managing the careers of developing, emerging and established talent across the Fashion, Digital and Broadcast industries. Our extensive experience and our collaborative approach in-house to all three sectors is unique. The MiLK Collective has a strong reputation for championing diversity and challenging conventions. Our experienced team of agents have managed the careers of top models, leading content creators and established broadcast talent for over 20 years. Our talent have graced the catwalks of the world’s most renowned fashion designers, appeared on the covers of the most influential global publications, collaborated with countless leading brands across a variety of sectors and appear regularly on TV as presenters and experts. We work on a vast range of projects including podcasts, literary projects, licensing deals.


Our History

Milk Management Ltd was founded in 2011 by former model Anna Shillinglaw. MiLK started it’s journey as a traditional model management agency specializing in the management of female models. It made it’s mark quickly as an agency that was willing to push boundaries in the fashion industry. MiLK championed and developed the careers of some of the most iconic curve models in a way that other agencies were not willing to within the UK market at that time. Over the years, the agency’s Fashion arm has successfully expanded to all areas of model management and we represent a diverse range of models across our Curve, Women, Men, New Faces, X and Special Bookings divisions.

MiLK was one of the first model agencies in London to embrace the new age of social media and talent content creation and launched our Digital division in 2015. Our priority was to service models within the agency that had strong potential in the digital space. This quickly expanded into representing content creators from a wide variety of sectors such as fitness, travel, sports, beauty, fashion, lifestyle etc. MiLK Digital has adapted quickly over the years to the ever-changing landscape of social media platforms and digital trends whilst staying true to the traditional style of tailored talent management that the agency has always offered.

In September 2023, Milk Management Ltd rebranded to The MiLK Collective. The rebrand represents the expansion of the agency into three distinctive, yet collaborative arms of the agency: MiLK Fashion, MiLK Digital and MiLK Broadcast. The rebrand included the official launch of MiLK Broadcast – a exciting new chapter in the agency’s journey where we expand or talent management services to TV presenting, radio, press and publishing opportunities within the broadcast industry.
