Frida Redknapp
Frida Redknapp is a foodie, model and mother.
Since childhood, Frida has been experimenting with recipes, and finding her creative outlet in the kitchen. Since leaving Sweden and travelling the world with her modelling career, Frida has continued to be inspired to create new culinary fusions, combining traditional Swedish dishes with international flavours. Inspired to cook by her mother, Frida fell in love with the concept of ‘husmanskost’, traditional Swedish dishes made with fresh, local ingredients – the classical everyday Swedish cuisine. At home, Frida is often found in the kitchen cooking for her family. She loves to create balanced and delicious food for her kids and shares her vibrant creations with her dedicated social followers.
Frida started her international modelling career at 15, modelling in Paris and New York before finding her home in London. Frida quickly built a name for herself as one of the most exciting faces in the industry, working with some of the world’s top agencies, photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier, Bruce Webber and Albert Watson, and with notable brands such as Abercrombie and Fitch, Escada and Heineken.
Frida shares seven children between her and her husband, Jamie. She loves to be outdoors with her family and their adventures feature regularly in her feed. Frida’s relatable and authentic content has helped her amass a global audience.
