Gustavo – Development Story

Gustavo is one of London’s most unique fashion stylists, best known for showcasing his eclectic style on TikTok, blending street style and tailored clothing with a cowboy aesthetic.

Gustavo was signed by MiLK Digital as a development talent after being identified on TikTok.

Wanting to ensure that his distinctive style and direction was at the forefront of his content, we developed a long-term strategy to introduce Gustavo to partnership opportunities within the fashion space.

Gustavo quickly found a home as an ambassador for brands such as eBay and Depop which allowed him to continue to share his passion for vintage clothing.

A strategic collaboration with MiLK Digital and the men’s board of MiLK Model Management has seen Gustavo front campaigns for Levis, Pangaia, Urban Outfitters and About Blank. Embedding himself firmly in the fashion world, Gustavo has subsequently become a familiar face at Fashion Weeks in London, Copenhagen and Paris.

Identifying that Gustavo’s audience has always been incredibly engaged and his statistics have always been reflective of how influential he is, MiLK introduced Gustavo to large-scale brands such as Adidas, Gant, Dr Martens, and Umbro, who have all developed multiple, long-term, collaborations with him – Gus was selected as the only creator in the UK to unveil Umbro’s latest collection.

Throughout all his content, Gustavo continues to break down stereotypes and barriers in fashion and beyond, allowing him to move into wider lifestyle sectors developing successful campaigns for Nissan and UGG – non complete so unsure?

As a result, we have witnessed Gustavo’s meteoric rise, with his audience growing from 9,000 to over 100,000 in just eight months.

2024 will see Gustavo continue to build on this success, cementing his identity as one of the UK’s most exciting faces in fashion. With an ambition to explore podcasting, Gustavo will work with MiLK’s Broadcast division to identify opportunities to increase Gustavo’s visibility in this space, both as a guest but also with the ambition of starting his own. We are excited to see where this takes him.
